If you’ve ever been in one of Rowan’s two dining halls, you may have seen a young, blonde woman wearing what might be perceived as a lab coat. She’s the university’s dietician, employed through Rowan’s food service provider, Gourmet Dining. Melissa Hudock has been at Rowan since October 2015.
Although Hudock has always been interested in health, she has diverged from the rest of her family’s careers in nursing to pursue a career as a dietician. She said the most rewarding part of her job is helping students with healthy eating and learning.
